Experiencing clumping? Don't worry...
Clumping is normal. Since Addy Daddy never uses artificial preservatives, clumping may occur due to temperature changes. Simply shake, or stir to break up spices.
Helpful hint: To ensure maximum freshness, store spices in your refrigerator or in cool area.
How long do spices last?
Spice don't "go bad" like other foods. They do, however, lose their flavor over time. We recommend replacing ground spices every year. The best way to test for spice freshness is by simply smelling them. If they smell weak or have no aroma, they probably won't have much flavor and should be replaced.

Why is it that sometimes a favorite product of mine is unavailable on your website?
We understand how disappointing this can be and we want to absolutely apologize for those times you find yourself in this unfortunate situation. Most often these occurrences are completely unavoidable. We have chosen to embrace this dilemma on our website as we are committed to buying the finest, freshest spices possible and this typically means that we are dealing with suppliers who care about the quality of the their products as we do. The only way to really prevent this from occurring would be for us to stock up on inferior, mass-produced spices, and that is just not what we're about.
Many times we will have a pretty good idea of when we will be receiving our next shipment of an out-of-stock item. But if we aren't exactly sure when a particular product is coming in, if we are aware that it won't be arriving for quite some time, we will remove it from the website so that we don't get your heart set on something we're out of.
What are my shipping choices?
We ship using USPS Priority Mail.
When will my order arrive?
We ship from Texas and most orders will be received within 3-5. All orders within the USA will ship via USPS first class mail unless otherwise specified. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
The *Free Shipping Offer is for all orders over $50 in product total shipping in the lower 48 states. Sorry, but this offer does not apply to orders shipping to PO Boxes or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

We wouldn't have it any other way. Addy Daddy transactions take place on a secure server. Your information is encrypted before it is sent through the Internet.

Satisfying customers is our top priority. That's why if you ever have any problem with any of our products please let us know right away. Did you ship my package yet? If so, where is it?
Every time you place an order with Addydaddyseasoning.com you will automatically receive 2 emails. The first one will be sent as soon as your order is placed. This email will have your receipt for your order including your order number and customer ID number. If you do not see this email in your inbox be sure to check your junk mail. The second email that you will receive will include a link to your shipping information. Click on this link to view where your package is currently. If you click on the link and no information is provided, this may mean that a tracking label has been created but your package has not shipped from our facility yet. If you did not receive one or both of these emails feel free to contact us and we can help you locate your shipment.
I live nearby, can I stop by and grab a few bottles?
Because we are not a retail store we cannot accommodate walk in orders. All orders must be placed either online or picked up at the farmers Market.
Can I check out as a guest?
We are dedicated to extraordinary customer service. For this reason, we have added the option of checking out as a guest to our website. When checking out as a guest, please know that you will not be able to log in to view any tracking information or previous orders (as an account has not been created). Once you have created an account you will not be able to use guest checkout in the future.
