SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped from Addy Daddy LLC Headquarters within 3-5 business days. Orders will not be split into separate shipments.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any product purchased from addydaddyseasoning.com that you are unsatisfied with and is unopened/ unused, may be refunded for the full purchase price or exchanged for another product within 21 days of receiving your order. Shipping returns for any product that is defective or damaged will be paid for by Addy Daddy Seasoning. Customers will be responsible for all other returns, which will be deducted from the purchase price. All sample size products are FINAL sale and will not be accepted.
What we need from you in order to process the refund or exchange:
- Send **proof of purchase and reason for return to support@addydaddyseasoning.com
- Send your product to: Addy Daddy, LLC at 990 Hwy 287 N. Ste 106-237, Mansfield, TX 76063
- Addy Daddy, LLC customer relations team will review the product to ensure it is still in new condition, and respond to you within 3 business days of your product arriving at Addy Daddy, LLC HQ
Please note:
- Addy Daddy, LLC reserves the right to refuse to process a return, based on the condition of the returning product. If the product is deemed non-returnable, Addy Daddy. LLC will deny the return and the original product will be returned to you.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In cases of manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:
- Email a photo of the defective product and proof of purchase to support@addydaddyseasoning.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- You will receive a response within 24 business hours and a replacement product will be sent to you free of charge
SHIPPING
All orders within the USA will ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
