SHIPPING

Orders ship within 3-5 business days from Addy Daddy LLC Headquarters. We do not split shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're unsatisfied with an unopened/unused product purchased from addydaddyseasoning.com, you can request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We cover return shipping for defective or damaged products; for other returns, fees will be deducted from the refund. 

To process a return or exchange:

  1. Email proof of purchase and reason to support@addydaddyseasoning.com.
  2. Ship the product to: Addy Daddy, LLC at 990 Hwy 287 N. Ste 106-237, Mansfield, TX 76063.
  3. We'll review your product within 3 business days of receipt and respond accordingly.

Note:

  • We strive to ensure a smooth process. If the product is deemed non-returnable, we will notify you.
  • Proof of purchase can include an order number, receipt, eReceipt, gift receipt, or shipping invoice.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For manufacturing defects:

  1. Email a photo of the defective product and proof of purchase to support@addydaddyseasoning.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  2. You'll receive a response within 24 business hours, and we'll send a replacement product free of charge.

All US orders ship via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
