  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • Juice of 1 lemon (reserve lemon peel)
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 5 cloves
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 3 tablespoons Addy Daddy Everything Seasoning
  • Handful of parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Roughly chop the jalapenos, cloves, mint leaves, red bell pepper, and yellow onion. Place them in a food processor.
  2. Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the ground lamb, allspice, Addy Daddy Everything Seasoning, and finely grated lemon peel.
  4. Pour the marinade mixture over the lamb and mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors. Let the lamb marinate for 2 hours to enhance the taste.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, shaping them into kebab form.
  7. Place the lamb kebabs on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning them occasionally for even cooking.
  8. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  9. Serve the grilled lamb kebabs with mixed veggies, rice, pita bread, and hummus for a complete and satisfying meal.
  10. Enjoy the delicious flavors of these lamb kebabs seasoned with Addy Daddy Everything Seasoning.
