Lamb Kebabs


  • 2lbs ground lamb
  • 1 Lemon juiced and set peel to the side
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 5 cloves
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 1⁄2 Red Bell pepper
  • 1⁄2 Yellow onion
  • 1tsp Allspice
  • 3tbsp Addy Daddy Everything Seasoning
  • Hand full of parsley
  • 4tbsp olive oil



1.) Roughly chop all veggies, toss in a food processor, add the lemon juice and olive oil, and blend.

2.) Add the allspice, lemon peel, and Addy Daddy Everything seasoning to the lamb.

3.) Add the marinade mixture to the lamb and mix.

4.) Marinate for 2 hours and then place on skewers.

5.) Toss the skewers on the grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
6.) Serve with mixed veggies, rice, pita bread, and hummus.
7.) Enjoy!!
