- 2 pounds ground lamb
- Juice of 1 lemon (reserve lemon peel)
- 2 jalapenos
- 5 cloves
- 10 mint leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 3 tablespoons Addy Daddy Everything Seasoning
- Handful of parsley
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Roughly chop the jalapenos, cloves, mint leaves, red bell pepper, and yellow onion. Place them in a food processor.
- Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ground lamb, allspice, Addy Daddy Everything Seasoning, and finely grated lemon peel.
- Pour the marinade mixture over the lamb and mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors. Let the lamb marinate for 2 hours to enhance the taste.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, shaping them into kebab form.
- Place the lamb kebabs on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning them occasionally for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled lamb kebabs with mixed veggies, rice, pita bread, and hummus for a complete and satisfying meal.
